Alameda Legacy Home Tour
Savor the season with a tour of gorgeous Victorian homes on September, Sept 5 in Alameda. Enjoy a guided tours through beautifully preserved Victorian, Edwardian, and Craftsman-style residences, learning about the history and stories behind these breathtaking Bay Area buildings.
Speer Family Farms Pumpkin Patch
Speer Family Farms offers a variety of fall and Halloween activities, including a pumpkin patch with a wide selection of pumpkins, hayrides, and a spooky corn maze. The farm also features family-friendly attractions like bounce houses, petting zoos, and seasonal games, making it an ideal destination for autumn fun.
Mockingbird Lane Market
The 7th Annual Mockingbird Lane Market is being held on Sunday, October 5th, 2025 at the Alameda Elks Lodge in the heart of downtown Alameda, showcasing 40 different artisans and vendors. Celebrate the spooky season with a variety of unique artisan offerings, handmade crafts, Halloween-themed products, and other macabre makings.
Alameda Halloween Havoc 5k and Kids Run
The Alameda Halloween Havoc is a fun evening event featuring a 5k run and a half-mile kids' run. Runners will start and finish under the historic USS Hornet, with scenic views of the San Francisco skyline, and are encouraged to wear costumes. The event includes race medals, custom bibs, and runner shirts, with proceeds benefiting the USS Hornet Museum. We're awaiting dates for 2025, stay tuned.
Monster's Bash 2025
Monster's Bash i2025 is a two-night Halloween dance party aboard the historic—and reportedly haunted—USS Hornet museum in Alameda, taking place October 25–26. The event features live music, costume contests, haunted attractions, food vendors, and a no-host bar, all set in the eerie atmosphere of the legendary aircraft carrier.
Annual Teen Haunted House
Hosted by the city's Recreation and Parks Department, Alameda's Teen Haunted House is an annual event where teens create and run a spooky, immersive haunted house, complete with eerie decorations and chilling surprises. All ages welcome. Stay tuned for 2025 details.
PEERS Events
Hosted by The Period Events & Entertainments Re-Creation Society on the first Saturday of every month at the Alameda Elks Lodge, PEERS specializes in super-fun, historically themed dance and social events with period costumes and live music. Their 2025 Haunted Mansion Ball and Bal Des Vampires are anticipated to sell out fast, so be sure to get your tickets early.
